The way our managed service works is simple...
REGISTER WITH US.
we will partner with you to help you source the best tenants to fill your property.
ADVERTISE / MANAGE ENQUIRIES / ATTEND VIEWINGS.
Once you join our service, we will get started on the advertising process to attract potential tenants and from here we will manage any enquiries which come in and both schedule and attend viewings of your room.
COLLECT HOLDING DEPOSIT & REFERENCE.
If all goes well and the tenants are interested, we will sort everything from collecting the holding deposit to running the affordability and right to rent checks on them to ensure all is as it should be.
ARRANGE AGREEMENTS / COLLECT AND PROTECT DEPOSIT.
If that goes through, we will sort all the necessary documentation as required by law, facilitate the signing of the tenancy agreement and collect their deposit, placing it in the Government protection scheme (AST) or Ring-fenced account (License agreements).
SET UP PAYMENT METHOD & RENT COLLECTION SERVICE
We will then set up the tenant rent payment method, collect the rent promptly and remit to the landlord.
We will also undertake two inspections per annum ensuring your property is all as it should be. If required, we will arrange routine repairs and instruct two approved contractors (with two quotes.) We are here to ensure every step of the process is a seamless and hassle-free experience.
